Valley CDC seeks to empower low and moderate income people and minorities to control and improve the quality of their lives. We accomplish this through the development of affordable housing, providing economic opportunities and encouraging community leadership.

Valley CDC currently focuses on three areas of community economic development:

You might be eligible for financial assistance that can help pay for your down payment and/or closing costs! 
Available grants:
    $3,000 for homes purchased in Northampton
    $4,500 for homes purchase in Amherst
